In general, it is the guests of the nearby hotels who frequent this place. Indeed, the beaches are quite popular with tourists during the season. Surprisingly, these two twin beaches are almost unknown to the local population, especially since many people think that they are private beaches.
Cherry Beach is a large stretch of fine blonde sand. It offers you the possibility to find your place even if it is crowded.
The water of this beach is quite calm. It is also protected by Cherry Point. This means that the currents are not as strong as on some of the other beaches of Le Diamant. That's why families like to come here with their young children. However, always be careful, even small waves can surprise you. The beach of Cherry offers a magnificent view of the famous rock of Diamant, but also of the "femme couchée", or of its second name the "Morne Larcher".
While the youngest swim, the older ones will be able, if they wish, to practice bodyboarding. Moreover, magnificent coral massifs around the beach are to be discovered... Why not bring your flippers and your snorkel to discover the Martinique seabed.
To access this quiet corner, go to the hotel's gatekeeper called "Diamond Rock". Walk to the small path next to it... After 100 meters, you will reach your destination.
