What to expect with Lucie

Welcome!

We'll start by getting to know each other over a welcome tea, then I'll put you in your hammock for a moment of letting go in complete serenity.
And that, with breathing exercises! Something to relax you and why not, start a nap ;)
You will then experience a very gentle but unusual massage (targeting the extremities of the body and back), still in the hammock.

After a gentle awakening, you will be offered a hot tea!
