Definitions:

Tourcrib: refers to the website https://www.tourcrib.com published by the company Tourcrib.

Professional: refers to travel agencies, guides, receptives, all tourism or leisure professionals who wish to present their services on the website.

User: refers to any natural or legal person not having the status of Professional, visiting the website.

Personal data: are those defined by article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation dated April 27, 2016.

Description of services provided: refers to the presentation of tourist services provided in France or abroad by professionals.

Tourcrib is an Internet site that presents tourist services provided in Martinique by professionals and individuals such as travel agencies, guides, receptionists.

The Tourcrib site does not exercise the activity of a travel agency covered by articles L211-2 of the Tourism Code. It only connects the User and the Professional who presents his services on the website www.tourcrib.com

Tourcrib strives to provide the site with as accurate information as possible. However, he cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies in the services offered by the Professional and which are presented on the site.

All the information indicated on the site is given for information only and is not exhaustive. They are subject to change and are given subject to modifications having been made since they were put online by Tourcrib or by the professional when responding to the User's requests.

Tourcrib implements all the means at its disposal to ensure the long-term presentation of the services offered by Professionals. This obligation being of means, the User cannot engage the responsibility of Tourcrib on this point.

Consequently, the website may be subject to interruption, suspension, modification without notice, for maintenance or for any other case at any time; without the User being able to claim any compensation.

Intellectual property

The Tourcrib brand as well as all the distinctive signs of Tourcrib (designs, logos, etc.) are subject to legal protection provided for in the Intellectual Property Code as well as by copyright. 

Consequently, the User requests the prior authorization of Tourcrib for any reproduction or distribution of any content subject to the aforementioned protections.

Any unauthorized use of the site or one of its elements will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Limitation of Liability

Tourcrib cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the User's equipment, when accessing the site, resulting from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

Tourcrib cannot also be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site.

Management of personal data

To distribute its tourist and / or leisure services, the User is required to entrust Tourcrib with personal data.

The purpose of this collection is to provide the services of the website, to improve it and to maintain a secure environment. More specifically for the following services:
