If you take the trouble to visit it, you will undoubtedly fall under its charm. Lightly frequented on weekends, this beach is not overcrowded, you will easily find a place.
Anse Désert with its golden sand stretches as far as the eye can see for more than 600 meters. Enjoy the peace and quiet without the risk of getting sunburned.
The beach is indeed well shaded thanks to a dense vegetation, which consists of sea grape trees and coconut trees. You can even hang your hammock between two coconut trees without any problem, in order to offer you a small restorative nap. In addition to having on this beach a translucent water is turquoise, this one does not undulate and is thus very calm. Its crystalline waters also reserve you good surprises such as: natural bathtubs, which one also names, lagoons, formed by plates of smooth rocks. Depending on the size of the baths, you can wade in or swim quietly with your family.
The bottom of the Caribbean waters is full of magnificent marine specimens. You will be able to see corals and shells, many species of colored fish, but also impressive sea turtles... A treat for your eyes!
On this beach of Martinique, some tables are available to welcome your picnics. A parking lot is also present and very useful.
