Description of the Grand Macabou beach.
Located in the South-East of Martinique, the Grand Macabou beach has several assets that make it a beach to visit in Martinique. The beach has a long strip of fine sand and is surrounded by huge coconut and grape trees. In the shape of a half moon, the Grand Macabou beach offers a panoramic view of the chapel of the Virgin of the Sailors
Grand Macabou beach is known for its waves coming from the Atlantic Ocean, which often makes the sea rough. However, swimming at Grand Macabou beach is not dangerous. You will just have to be careful with the numerous algae that could disturb you during your swim.
