Trinité is a commune of Martinique located in the northeast of the island. It is truly the gateway to the Caravelle Peninsula. You owe it to yourself to make a stop at the peninsula to visit the Dubuc castle which overlooks an exceptional mangrove!

As its name suggests, Trinité is one of the three poles of the island’s mysticism. Its name also evokes the reunion of the three districts which at the time represented the municipality. Under the power of the Dubuc family, Trinidad quickly became an important port for the rum and sugar trade. Sugar was thus transported to the port by rail. PS: you can still follow the path of this railway today!

Dynamic and welcoming, the village of La Trinité offers a seafront facing the magnificent Baie des Raisiniers.
