What to expect with Margaux

Yoga attracts you and you would like to change the traditional setting in a fitness room? I suggest you combine well-being and paradisiacal landscape during a vinyasa yoga session, in balance, on paddles.

Meet me on Saturdays in the magical setting of Grande-Anse beach for a beginner's vinyasa yoga class on paddles. Close to the sand, on a very calm and soothing sea, we will practice different postures to work in depth your stabilizing muscles and solicit your balance.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and powerful type of yoga that helps to work the body, mind and breath. We practice in a good mood and with respect for yourself and your limits.

What to bring

Before going to a yoga class, you should clear your mind of all expectations and let yourself be carried away by the relaxed atmosphere of the class.

Bring a large towel to lay on the mats (which are available on loan) or on the sand.
