What to expect with Geoffrey

During the course, we will see breathing exercises, relaxations and postures.
These exercises help to bring balance on the physical, emotional and mental levels.
The postures (Asana), allow the softening and the strengthening of the body.

Dynamic yoga is different from Hatha yoga, it invites to realize a sequence of fluid yoga postures at a fast and sportive rhythm, while maintaining a deep and slow breathing.
The sequences are set to the rhythm of the practitioner's breathing and mind.

This experience can be adapted to participants from beginner to intermediate levels.
