About me

I have been practicing yoga since I was in kindergarten. My father practiced regularly, and I learned by observing his movements when I came home from school. At the age of 20, I took up yoga again thanks to my mother-in-law, who is a yoga teacher, and then I went to Orleans to get my yoga teacher's diploma. This choice of professional activity comes from a desire to help others. I practice a certain philosophy of life and sharing this passion with my family and my students is an honour today.
