During a short afternoon, I will talk to you about the capital of Martinique, Fort-de-France. We will cross monuments and atypical places of the city: the Saint-Louis Cathedral, the Schoelcher library, the Grand Marché, the old Law Courts and many other places which deserve their own history.
In order to quench our thirst and the opportunity for you to discover new flavours, we will go and taste local juices made from sugar cane or freshly squeezed fruit. A gustatory pleasure!

Meri provided us with an excellent tour of Martinique for our day in port in Fort-de-France. Prior to our cruise we contacted her and she came up with a custom itinerary including Balata Church, Balata Gardens, a waterfall and a stop at St. Pierre. We enjoyed every minute of the tour. Meri told us a lot about the island, she is very friendly and professional.
Of you want to have a unforgettable tour in Martinique, I highly recommend Meri ! Meri is a fun and social person with lots of knowledge about history and culture. Thumbs up!
I loved having Meri as a tour guide! She was very knowledgeable of Martinique and always knew the best places to see the sights or grab a bite to eat. She even took the time to find some of the local fruits and such to share with our group. I enjoyed going to the abolition day celebration in Fort-de-France, where I got to learn the most about Martinique in its history, present-day life, and even about Martinican flora and fauna.
