What to expect with Ray

Embark with me for a 2 hour walk in nature with sensory and meditative passages. Ideal to decompress after or before a hard week.

We will go on the trails of Anse Caritan to enjoy a re-connection to the essential, for a re-connection to yourself.

At the end of the walk, an energizing snack (drink + sweets) made with local healthy and organic products to do maximum good to body and mind.

Que du bonheur! Les lieux, l'accueil, la douceur, la précision des connaissances de Ray, la pause gustative, les silences... Un vrai retour à l'essentiel! La vie! Comment se laisser rééquilibrer, réajuster par la nature. Super moment ! Merci.

Super moment ! Ray est très agréable et dégage vraiment de bonnes ondes. Très bonne capacité d'adaptation puisque nous étions avec nos enfants en bas âge. La promenade permet de se recentrer et prendre conscience des choses les plus simples de la vie. Le brunch est un véritable délice et met en valeur les produits du terroir. Vraiment, je recommande sans hésiter et lui souhaite une bonne continuation.
