What to expect with Cheyenne

The goal of my activity is above all to promote the culinary wealth of my country but also to introduce you to a totally atypical place located in the north Caribbean of the island.

The reception will be done with the discovery of some exotic cocktails (with or without alcohol) at the beach.

Afterwards, you will taste on the upper level on tables cut in stone, dishes elaborated by yourself with local fruits and vegetables provided by pelean farmers.

The dishes will be mainly accompanied by fish freshly caught by our fishermen prechôtins. All served in emblematic supports such as the coconut and the calabash.

In order to better digest all these succulent dishes, a discovery of rums and local teas will be proposed.

The members of this experience will be able to either participate in the creation of these dishes or, for the more relaxed, you will be able to enjoy the view and the good vibrations of the place.
