About me

I am a chef with a passion for gastronomic cooking. I came to Martinique with the project to create my own business and live from my passion.

Today, I give cooking classes and provide private chef services. In love with Martinique, I try to highlight the richness of the island through my cuisine that I consider simple and refined.

The experience I have acquired in great gastronomic restaurants and public institutions allows me today to transmit my knowledge to those who, like me, are passionate about gastronomy.
