Hi, I'm Jeff, grandson of a fisherman.

I have always been passionate about the sea. Having travelled in the Caribbean, I became aware that the nautical activities were little exploited on our beautiful island, which is why I remain convinced that the blue economy is an opportunity to contribute to the economic development of Martinique.
