Last updated: 17/09/2021

The Tourcrib team is mobilizing and informing you about the Covid-19 crisis

Dear travelers,

We are living through a very difficult and, above all, unprecedented period across the globe. Traveling has become unpredictable and above all uncertain.

We would like to show you our support, because we are all victims of this pandemic. Today, we are implementing the necessary arrangements to ensure your safety during your activities. They will allow you for a few moments, I hope, to forget this particular period. We have set up experiences that will completely change your mind. We do our best to ensure that our service providers keep the premises and equipment clean.

Indeed, maintaining local jobs and their financial health are essential so that we can all continue to travel in the best conditions, and in the near future.

People, authenticity and conviviality are at the heart of Tourcrib's values in which you will participate, and we thank you for that. We remain at your disposal for any additional information and wish you unforgettable moments with Tourcrib.

Take care of yourself.

Your questions, our answers

Until when can I decide to move or cancel my reservation?

However, we strongly recommend that you anticipate your decision to postpone at least 72 hours in advance, in order to avoid too many cancellation fees.

Do you make any holdings?

Tourcrib is a platform for connecting travelers and local guides. The initially planned experience directly links the traveler to the guide. We want to highlight the providers while leaving them their independence. Therefore each guide has a different postponement policy. In addition, the majority of visitors stay on the island for a limited time, so he would no longer have the opportunity to use their credit. We therefore made the choice not to do so.

Do the guides use the recommended barrier gestures?

The guides do their best to always use the barrier gestures for your safety.

In what currency will my refund be made?

The refund will be made in euros.

Do I have to test negative to participate in group activities?

No, it is not necessary to take a test in order to participate in the activities. On the other hand, if you have symptoms, it is strongly recommended that you postpone your activity to a later date.

Do I have to wear my mask during activities?

Wearing a mask is mandatory during non-physical indoor activities. It is also advisable to discuss it with the guide before the activity. In Martinique, the health policies and rules for Covid-19 are the same as in hexagonal France.

To follow the situation in real time country by country, see the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The entire Tourcrib team remains at your entire disposal to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your understanding.

Count on us to resume with passion, as soon as we can, the update of our catalog of activities.
