What to expect with Meri
Let's embark together in a mini van to discover the south of Martinique. Between culture and landscapes, we will visit a museum (you can choose between the Museum of La Pagerie or the Savane des Esclaves). The first one deals with the birthplace of Josephine de Beauharnais, the second one with the history of Martinique from the Amerindians to the abolition of slavery.
After that, we will head for Anses d'Arlets and its iconic church facing the magnificent beach that was once a fishing village. This is an opportunity for the most motivated to put on a mask and snorkel in search of sea turtles and tropical fish.
Finally, we will head for Le Diamant, to admire its magnificent rock (Rocher du Diamant), from the Morne Larcher. Our day will end at the memorial site, erected in memory of the victims of slavery: Cape 110.
A day full of discovery in perspective!

We have travelled extensively and always hire a guide to maximize our experience. We must say that Meri is the best we have ever had! She is entertaining, professional, knowledgeable and lovely! We did a first walking tour with Meri and then we were so much satisfied that we booked another tour with her to discover the south of the island including gorgeous beaches and delicious places to eat. The vehicle is super clean. We highly recommend Meri and Anoli tours.
We did a tour with Meri last month, visiting Southern Martinique. What a great day we had! We visited many beaches and saw the Diamond Rock and the Anse Caffard slavery memorial. I learned so much about Martinique during the tour! Living in nearby Guadeloupe, it was super interesting for me to compare the histories of these two island. Meri is like a walking Encyclopedia of Martinique's history! I highly recommend taking her tour!
Meri was an excellent guide. We recommend both the north island trip and also the southern day trip. My group was very happy with our trips. We highly recommend Meri.
